What do we do?
-We strictly do Residential Dryer Vent Cleaning and maintenance of the ducting. We can offer upgrades to your system.
-We take an initial reading with an anemometer , this measures the amount of air travelling through the vent in ft/min. Readings below 1000ft/min are very unacceptable and usually means you have a problem with your venting system whether it be due to a severe blockage or improper routing of the duct work.
-We disconnect the dryer and pull it away from the wall utilizing an airsled. We do a deep clean of the dryer by brushing/vacuuming /blowing out lint. (Lint traps only capture a portion of what lint is produced) this part can take anywhere between 30 minutes to 1 hour.
-We will do a quick inspection of venting that is in place (ensure there are no rips, tears, holes, etc.) We can utilize an inspection camera for ducting that is in void spaces.
-After the inspection it's time to clean the duct work! We hook up a leaf blower to the interior duct work and utilize a drill/brush system from the exterior vent point.
-It is now time to hook everything back up! And recheck with an anemometer!
